                                        Publisher features a variety of layout guides to help you get your publication looking just right.

To use one of the layout guides please do the following:
1. On the Arrange menu, and click Layout Guides.
2. To set up guides for columns and rows click the Grid Guides tab.
3. Under Column Guides, type or select the number of columns you want, and then type or select the spacing value you want.
4. Under Row Guides, type or select the number of rows you want, and then type or select the spacing value you want.
