                                  Include personal contact information in a publication

1. Start Publisher. Open the publication into which you want to insert your personal information.
2. If the publication does not already contain the personal information components you need (such as Personal Name, Address, or Organization Name), on the Insert menu, click Personal Information, and then click the component you want to insert. If necessary, move and reformat the component.
3. Most pre-designed Publisher publications already contain personal information components.
4. On the Edit menu, click Personal Information.
5. Under Select a personal information set, click the title of the personal information set you want to use for your publication, and then click Update.
6. The information from your personal information set automatically replaces the existing text in the personal information components in your publication.
