Exporting text
If you are working with several forms or tables and want to filter data from the various forms or tables then Access allows you to filter data according a specific form or table that you want to use.
To export text do the following:
1. Select the text.
2. Right-click the selected text, and then click Cut.
3. Open the program and document that you want to export to.
4. Click where you want the text to appear.
