Change the overlap on a banner, poster, or large publication for printing

1. On the File menu, click Print
2. Click Change Overlap.
3. Under Printing Options click Print Entire Page
4. In the Overlap Sheets box, type the measurement you want.
5. Click OK twice.
6. All desktop printers have a non-printing region at the margins
