                                                Alter the transparency of a table

1. Select the cells you want to change.
2. Right-click the table, and then click Format Table. The Format Table dialog box will appear.
3. Under Fill, move the Transparency slider to get the percentage of transparency you want.

Note: Following this procedure will make the table cells transparent.
