Add a Publisher shortcut to the Windows start menu

IOn the Start menu, point to All Programs, and then point to Microsoft Office

Right-click the shortcut to Microsoft Publisher 2003, and then click Pin to Start menu

Repeat the steps above for additional programs you want to add to the Start menu
