Add a Publisher file or folder shortcut to the Windows Quick Launch Bar

To show the Quick Launch bar do the following:
1. Right-click the taskbar, and then click Properties.
2. On the Taskbar tab, select the Show Quick Launch check box, and then click Apply.
3. In My Computer or Windows Explorer, click the Publisher file or folder that you want to add, and then drag it to the Quick Launch bar.
