Rotate an AutoShape, picture, or WordArt

1. Select the AutoShape, picture, or WordArt you want to rotate. If you don't see the Drawing toolbar in the lower left corner of the program window, on the View menu point to Toolbars and then click Drawing.
2. Do one of the following:
(a) To rotate to any angle, drag the rotate handle on the object in the direction you want to rotate it.
(b) If you don't see a rotate handle, on the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, point to Rotate or Flip, and then click Free Rotate.
3. Click outside the object to set the rotation.
4. To rotate 90 degrees to the left or 90 degrees to the right, on the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, point to Rotate or Flip, and then click Rotate Left or Rotate Right.
