Create a macro

 

 

                                                                                   Create A Macro

On the Tools menu point to Macro and then click Macros.

In the Macro Name Box type a name for the Macro. (A Macro is an action or a set of actions you can use to automate tasks).

Macros are recorded in the usual basic applications programming language.

Once you have named your Macro click Create.

Macro Names cannot contain spaces or punctuation marks, but you can use underscores.

Individual basic type editing type your code into the window.

If you want to run the Macro from the module window press F5.

When you're finished creating your Macro click Close and return to Microsoft front page to the File menu.
