Change the spacing between paragraphs

1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design.
2. Select one or more paragraphs.
3. On the Format menu, click Paragraph.
4. Under Spacing, do either of the following:
(a) In the Before box, type or select the spacing that you want above paragraphs.
(b) In the After box, type or select the spacing that you want below paragraphs.

Note Paragraph spacing is measured in pixels.
