Change a caption or description in a photo gallery

1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design.
2. Double-click the photo gallery.
3. Click the name of the photo you want to change.
4. Do one or both of the following:
5. In the Caption box, type the new caption.
6. In the Description box, type the new description.
