                                                                                  This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                                                                 1 - Click the Office Button. A menu will appear.
                                                                                 2 - Click PowerPoint Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                 3 - Click Save.
                                                                                 4 - Under Default file location, type the location that you want to use.
