                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                                                                   1 - Click the Office button. A menu will appear.
                                                                                   2 - Click PowerPoint Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                   3 - Click Popular.
                                                                                   4 - Make sure that Show Mini Toolbar on selection is not checked.
