How to turn off live preview

                                            This Mhelp clip will show you how to turn off live preview so that modifications are not previewed before they are applied. 
                                            This is useful if you do not want to preview changes on your slide and just want to apply them.

                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                                                                    1 - Click the Office Button. A menu will appear.
                                                                                    2 - Click the PowerPoint Options button. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                    3 - Click the Popular tab.
                                                                                    4 - In the Top options for working with PowerPoint section, uncheck the box for Enable Live Preview.
                                                                                    5 - Click OK.
