How to turn AutoFit text on or off in a presentation

                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has eight steps.

                                                                                    1 - Click the Office button. A menu will appear.
                                                                                    2 - Click PowerPoint Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                    3 - Click Proofing.
                                                                                    4 - Click AutoCorrect Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                    5 - Click the AutoFormat As You Type tab.
                                                                                    6 - Change the settings as required.
                                                                                    7 - Click OK.
                                                                                    8 - Click OK again to return to the presentation.
