                                                                                  1 - Highlight the text you want to work with.
                                                                                  2 - Click the Review tab.
                                                                                  3 - Under Proofing, click Translate. The Research Pane will appear.
                                                                                  4 - Under Translation, click the To drop-down arrow. A menu will appear.
                                                                                  5 - Click the language to use.
