How to show or hide the rulers for the current presentation in PowerPoint

                                                           This Mhelp clip will show you how to show or hide the rulers for the current presentation in PowerPoint.

                                                                                    This Mhelp clip has three steps.

                                                                                    1 - Click the View tab.
                                                                                    2 - Under Show/Hide, make sure that Ruler is not checked. The ruler will be hidden.
                                                                                    3 - Make sure that Ruler is checked to show the ruler again.
