How to set tab stops in a presentation

                                                                                    This Mhelp clip will show you how to set tab stops in a presentation.

                                                                                    This Mhelp clip has four steps.

                                                                                   1 - Click the View tab.
                                                                                   2 - Under Show/Hide, make sure that Ruler is checked.
                                                                                   3 - Click the tab stop selector next to the ruler to select the type of tab stop you want to use.
                                                                                   4 - Click in the ruler where you want to insert the tab stop.
