How to save a presentation as a PowerPoint show

                                                                              This Mhelp clip shows you how to save a presentation as a show. 
                                                                               This will make your presentation more professional as it can launch instantly and does not display your work.

                                                                                This Mhelp clip has six steps.

                                                                               1 - Click the Office Button.
                                                                               2 - Move the mouse cursor to Save As. A menu will appear.
                                                                               3 - Click PowerPoint Show. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                               4 - Browse to the folder where you want to save your PowerPoint show.
                                                                               5 - Click in the text box next to File name and type a name for your PowerPoint Show.
                                                                               6 - Click Save.
