How to save a presentation as a PDF
This Mhelp clip will show you how to save a presentation as a PDF.
This Mhelp clip has seven steps.
1 - Click the Office Button.
2 - Highlight Save As. A menu will appear.
3 - Click PDF or XPS. A dialog box will appear.
4 - Browse to where you want to save the file.
5 - In the file name box type a name for the file.
6 - Under Save as type, make sure that PDF is selected.
7 - Click Publish.
Note: You first need to install the PDF add-in for PowerPoint 2007 from Microsoft. You can download it from here -
