How to run the compatibility checker for a presentation

                     This Mhelp clip shows you how to check your presentation for features that are not supported in earlier versions of Microsoft PowerPoint. 
                     This is useful if you want to view or edit the presentation from a PC that has an earlier version of  Microsoft PowerPoint installed.

                                              This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                 1 - Click the Office Button.
                                 2 - Move the mouse cursor to Prepare.
                                 3 - Click Run Compatibility Checker. A dialog box will appear to show you any incompatibilities that were detected.
                                 4 - Review the incompatibilities.
                                 5 - Click OK.
