How to replace curly quotes with straight quotes in PowerPoint

                                                                    This Mhelp clip will show you how to replace curly quotes with straight quotes in PowerPoint.

                                                                                    This Mhelp clip has eight steps.

                                                                                    1 - Click the Office Button. A menu will appear.
                                                                                    2 - Click PowerPoint Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                    3 - Click Proofing.
                                                                                    4 - Under AutoCorrect Options, click AutoCorrect Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                    5 - Click the AutoFormat As You Type tab.
                                                                                    6 - Under Replace as you Type, make sure that \"Straight quotes"\ with \"smart quotes"\ is checked.
                                                                                    7 - Click OK.
                                                                                    8 - Click OK again to return to PowerPoint.
