                                          How to replace all instances of a specific font in a presentation

                                                                      This Mhelp clip shows you how to find and replace all instances of a specific font in a presentation.

                                                                      This Mhelp clip has nine steps.

                                                         1 - Click the Home tab.
                                                         2 - In the Editing group, click the arrow next to Replace. A menu will appear.
                                                         3 - Click on Replace fonts. A dialog box will appear.
                                                         4 - Click on the arrow to the right of the text box marked Replace. A list of currently used fonts will appear.
                                                         5 - Click on the font that you want to replace.
                                                         6 - Click on the arrow to the right of the text box marked With. A list of fonts will appear.
                                                         7 - Click on the font that you want to use.
                                                         8 - Click Replace. Microsoft PowerPoint will replace all instances of the font you selected in this presentation.
                                                         9 - Click Close.
