                            How to find and replace one instance of specific text in a presentation

                                                             This Mhelp clip will show you how to find and replace one instance of specific text in a presentation.

                                                             This Mhelp clip has seven steps.

                                                1 - Click the Home Tab.
                                                2 - In the Editing group, click Replace. A dialog box will appear. 
                                                3 - In the text box below Find What, type the text that you want to find.
                                                4 - In the text box below Replace With, type the text that you want to insert.
                                                5 - Click Find Next. Microsoft PowerPoint will find and highlight the next occurrence of the text you specified. 
                                                        You may click Find Next multiple times until you find the occurrence of the text that you want to replace.
                                                6 - Click Replace. 
                                                7 - Click Close.
