How to find a printer in PowerPoint

                                                       This Mhelp clip will show you how to find a printer that can be used to print the current presentation.

                                                                                  This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                                                                    1 - Click the Office button. A menu will appear.
                                                                                    2 - Click Print. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                    3 - Click the Name drop-down arrow. A list will appear.
                                                                                    4 - Click the printer you want to use.
                                                                                    5 - Click OK to print the presentation.
