How to encrypt a presentation

                                                    This Mhelp clip shows you how to encrypt the current presentation so that only those who know the password can access it. 
                                                    This is useful if you want to ensure the security of your document.

                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has seven steps.

                                                                                  1 - Click the Office button.
                                                                                  2 - Move the mouse cursor to Prepare. A menu will appear.
                                                                                  3 - Click Encrypt Document. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                  4 - Type a password.
                                                                                  5 - Click OK.
                                                                                  6 - Type your password again to confirm it.
                                                                                  7 - Click OK.
