How to display dates on category axis for a chart in a presentation

                                                                  This Mhelp clip will show you how to display dates on the axes of a presentation chart.

                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has eight steps.

                                                                                  1 - Click the chart that you want to change.
                                                                                  2 - Under Chart Tools, click Layout.
                                                                                  3 - Under Current Selection, click the Chart Area drop-down arrow. A list will appear.
                                                                                  4 - Click the axis that you want to use.
                                                                                  5 - Click Format Selection. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                  6 - Click the Axis Options tab.
                                                                                  7 - Under Axis Type, click Date Axis.
                                                                                  8 - Click Close.
