How to disable background printing

             This Mhelp clip will show you how to disable background printing in PowerPoint. This is useful if you want to remove background printing.

                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                                                                  1 - Click the Office Button.
                                                                                  2 - Click PowerPoint Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                  3 - Click the Advanced tab.
                                                                                  4 - Under Print, uncheck Print in background.
                                                                                  5 - Click OK.
