                   How to decrease the maximum number of undos allowed in a presentation

                                               This Mhelp clip will show you how to decrease the maximum number of undos for a presentation in PowerPoint. 
                                               This is useful if you want to limit the amount of changes that can be made.

                                                This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                   1 - Click the Office Button.
                                   2 - Click PowerPoint Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                   3 - Click the Advanced tab.
                                   4 - Under Editing options, click the Maximum number of undos down arrow to set the number of undos you want to allow.
                                   5 - Click OK.
