How to crop a picture in PowerPoint

                                                                                    This Mhelp clip has four steps.

                                                                                 1 - Click the picture you want to compress.
                                                                                 2 - Under Picture Tools, click Format.
                                                                                 3 - In the Size group, click Crop.
                                                                                 4 - Hold down the Ctrl key, and click and drag a picture handle to set the size of the picture.
