1 - Click the Office button. A menu will appear.
2 - Click Open. A dialog box will appear.
3 - Browse to where you want to create the new folder.
4 - Right-click where you want to create the new folder. A menu will appear.
5 - Highlight New. A menu will appear.
6 - Click Folder.
7 - Type a name for the folder.
8 - Press Enter.
