This Mhelp clip will show you how to copy a clip from one collection to another in Microsoft PowerPoint.

                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has twelve steps.
                                                                                   1 - Click where you want to insert ClipArt.
                                                                                   2 - Click the Insert tab.
                                                                                   3 - Under Illustrations, click Clip Art. The Clip Art task pane will appear.
                                                                                   4 - Click Organize Clips. A window will appear.
                                                                                   5 - Browse to the clip you want to change.
                                                                                   6 - Right-click the clip you want to edit. A menu will appear.
                                                                                   7 - Click Copy to Collection. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                   8 - Click New. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                   9 - Under Name, type a name for the collection.
                                                                                  10 - Click OK.
                                                                                  11 - Click the new collection you want to move the clip to.
                                                                                  12 - Click OK.
