How to compress a single picture in PowerPoint

                                                                           This Mhelp clip will show you how to compress the file size of a picture used in PowerPoint.

                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has eight steps.

                                                                                  1 - Click the picture you want to compress.
                                                                                  2 - Under Picture Tools, click Format.
                                                                                  3 - In the Adjust group, click Compress Pictures. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                  4 - Make sure that Apply to selected pictures only is checked.
                                                                                  5 - Click Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                  6 - Set the options as required.
                                                                                  7 - Click OK.
                                                                                  8 - Click OK again to return to PowerPoint.
