How to sort a list in an email message alphabetically

                                                                     This Mhelp clip will show you how to sort a list in an email message alphabetically.

                                                                     This Mhelp clip has five steps.
                                                                    1 - In the email composition window, highlight the list you want to work with.
                                                                    2 - Click the Format Text tab.
                                                                    3 - Under Paragraph, click Sort, A dialog box will appear.
                                                                    4 - Change the options as required.
                                                                    5 - Click OK to sort the list.
