How to set the sensitivity level of an e-mail message

This Mhelp clip will show you how to set the sensitivity level of an e-mail message in Outlook.  This is useful if you want to alert the recipient of the sensitivity level contained in an e-mail.   Note: This Mhelp clip begins from an open New Message form.

This Mhelp clip has five steps.
1 - Click the Options tab.
2 - Click the More Options group dialog box launcher. A dialog box will appear.
3 - Under Message settings, click the arrow on the display box next to Sensitivity. A list will appear.
4 - Select the sensitivity level that you want to apply.
5 - Click Close. When the recipient opens your e-mail, a header will inform them of the sensitivity level of  this message.

 This concludes the Mhelp clip.
