                                                                      This Mhelp clip will show you how to set the language manually in Outlook.

                                                                     This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                                                    1 - In the email composition window, click the Message tab.
                                                                    2 - Under Proofing, click the Spelling drop-down arrow. A menu will appear.
                                                                    3 - Click Set Language. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                    4 - Make sure Detect language automatically is not checked.
                                                                    5 - Click OK.
