How to send an e-mail in Plain Text format

                                                                This Mhelp clip will show you how to send an e-mail in Plain Text format.
                                                                This is useful if you want to ensure that users of all e-mail applications can access your e-mail.
                                                                Note: This Mhelp clip begins from an open New Message form that already contains text.

                               This Mhelp clip has two steps.
                                1 - Click the Options tab.
                                2 - In the Format group, click the Plain Text button. When you click Send, your message will be sent in Plain Text format.
