                                                                     This Mhelp clip shows you how to save multiple email attachments at once. 
                                                                     This is useful if you want to quickly save multiple attachments to the same folder on your computer.

                                                                      This Mhelp clip has six steps.
                                                                      1 - On your keyboard, press and hold the Shift key while clicking on the attachments that you want to save.
                                                                      2 - In the Actions group, click Other Actions. A menu will appear.
                                                                      3 - Click Save Attachments. A dialog box will appear. 
                                                                      4 - Click OK. Another dialog box will appear.
                                                                      5 - Browse to where you want to save your attachments.
                                                                      6 - Click OK.
