             How to respond to a meeting request with a suggestion for an alternative meeting time

                      This Mhelp clip will show you how to respond to a meeting request with a suggestion for an alternative meeting time. 
                      This is  useful if you have received a meeting request and want to suggest an alternative time for the meeting.

                                                                           This Mhelp clip has seven steps.

                                                                            1 - Click the Mail tab.
                                                                            2 - Under Mail folders, click on the folder that contains the meeting request that you want to respond to.
                                                                            3 - Double-click on the meeting request that you want to respond to.
                                                                            4 - In the Respond group, click Propose New Time. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                            5 - Click on a time slot when all invitees are available.
                                                                            6 - Click Propose Time. A meeting request form will appear.
                                                                            7 - Click Send.
