This Mhelp clip will show you how to reset indexing by rebuilding your Instant Search catalog in Outlook
This Mhelp clip has seven steps.
Note: Make sure Outlook is closed before your rebuild the index and then after the rebuild is complete restart Outlook 2007.1 - Click the Windows Vista Start Button. The Start Menu will appear.
2 - Click Control Panel. A window will appear.
3 - Double-click Indexing Options. A dialog box will appear.
4 - Click Advanced. A dialog box will appear.
5 - Under Troubleshooting, click Rebuild. A dialog box will appear.
6 - Click OK.
7 - Click Close.
