How to replace curly quotes with straight quotes

                                                                      This Mhelp clip will show you how to replace curly quotes with straight quotes. 
                                                                      This is useful for following your organization style guide.

                                                                      This Mhelp clip has eleven steps.

                                                                     1 - Click Tools. A menu will appear.
                                                                     2 - Click Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                     3 - Click the Mail Format tab.
                                                                     4 - Click Editor Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                     5 - Click Proofing.
                                                                     6 - Click AutoCorrect Options. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                     7 - Click the AutoFormat As You Type tab.
                                                                     8 - Under Replace as you type, remove the check mark next to "Straight quotes" with "smart quotes."
                                                                     9 - Click OK.
                                                                   10 - Click OK.
                                                                   11 - Click OK again.
