How to remove a signature for all new messages in Outlook
This Mhelp clip will show you how to remove a signature for all new messages in Outlook.
This Mhelp clip has six steps.
1 - Click the Insert tab.
2 - Under Include, click Signature. A menu will appear.
3 - Click Signatures. A dialog box will appear.
4 - Under Choose default signature, click the New messages drop-down arrow. A list will appear.
5 - Click None.
6 - Click OK.
