                                                       How to add a new appointment
This Mhelp clip has eight steps.
1. Click on the calendar tab.
2. On the Outlook tool bar click New, a new appointment bar will appear.
3. In the text box next to subject type the subject for your appointmoint.
4. In the textbox next to location type the location for your appointment.
5. Use the arrows next to start time to select a start date and time for your appointment.
6. Use the arrows next to end time to select an end date and time for your appointment.
7. Type any additional information about your appointment in the space provided. 
8. Click Save and Close.
