How to create a custom number format in Excel

                                                                                    This Mhelp clip will show you how to create a custom number format in Excel.

                                                                                    This Mhelp clip has five steps.

                                                                                    1 - Click the Home tab.
                                                                                    2 - In the Number group, click the dialog box launcher arrow. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                    3 - Under Category, click Custom.
                                                                                    4 - Under Type, type the custom number format that you want to use.
                                                                                    5 - Click OK.
