                                                How to create a connection to a network drive in Excel 2007

                                                                        This Mhelp clip will show you how to map a network drive using Excel 2007.

                                                              This Mhelp clip has nine steps.

                                                 1 - Click the Office button.A menu will appear.
                                                 2 - Click Open. A dialog box will appear.
                                                 3 - Click the Tools arrow. A menu will appear.
                                                 4 - Click Map Network Drive. A dialog box will appear.
                                                 5 - Under Drive, click the letter you want to assign to the network drive.
                                                 6 - Under Folder, click Browse. A dialog box will appear.
                                                 7 - Browse to the shared network folder that you want to use.
                                                 8 - Click OK.
                                                 9 - Click Finish. The mapped drive will then appear under Computer in Windows  Vista.
