                                                                                   This Mhelp clip will show you how to copy data validation settings from one cell to another in a spreadsheet.

                                                                                   This Mhelp clip has eight steps.

                                                                                   1 - Click the cell that contains the data validation you want to copy.
                                                                                   2 - Click the Home tab.
                                                                                   3 - Under Clipboard, click Copy.
                                                                                   4 - Click the cell where you want to paste the data validation to.
                                                                                   5 - Under Clipboard, click the Paste arrow. A menu will appear.
                                                                                   6 - Click Paste Special. A dialog box will appear.
                                                                                   7 - Under Paste, click Validation.
                                                                                   8 - Click OK.
