1 - In Word, highlight the data you want to copy.
 2 - Click the Home tab.
 3 - In the Clipboard, click Copy.
 4 - In Excel, click where you want to paste the data.
 5 - Click the Home tab.
 6 - Under Clipboard click the Paste arrow, a menu will appear.
 7 - Highlight as Picture. A menu will appear.
 8 - Click Paste as Picture.
