This forum is where our users can ask Microsoft applications "How to" questions such as "How do I do this in Word 2010" 

Other users are encouraged to answer these posts as they will probably be too numerous for our small in-house team to monitor.

However we will monitor these posts as this helps us to decide what future content we should produce.

If there is a video already on our site that answers the users question, copy & paste the page URL from the browser address bar into your answering post.

We have tried to check every aspect of our site to correct any errors or bugs but at more than 4,000 pages some are bound to get by us.

If you find any errors in the videos, transcripts, narrations or indexes, or any links not working or other bugs, please post here.

ALWAYS add the relevant page URL that the error or bug is on into the post. The page URL can be copied and pasted from your browser address bar.
