Mhelp has developed more than 4,000 Microsoft Video-clips for instant help & training in the English language, thousands in Chinese and Thai languages as well. We are creating more all the time. Our current project is for Microsoft Office 2010. After placing some clips on YouTube and now having more than 1 million viewers without any advertising, we decided to organise our clips into a fully indexed site thats easier for the viewer to find precise clips, and make to this free!

If we are successful with Microsoft video clip help & training we can do the same for any software. That is our goal.

Yeah right! I am "My team". Hi I am Shayne's wife, Jenny. I take care of the house, I also do the company bookkeeping and keep Shayne in check. I also happen to be proficient at filming, video editing and website production. In fact I am responsible for a large part of the Mhelp4u website. Tell that to Shayne's mates!

Really though. We are a great team. We work together to bring about the best productivity we can achieve and to give you, our viewers the best possible video-clip help and training.

Shayne is essentially an academic, a technocrat of the internet and he is very good at what he does. He researched full time "how humans learn" and "the history of learning using new media" studying thousands of academic papers and messing up our house for two full years before even making his first video-clip. Every Mhelp video-clip has more than 100 quality standards based upon this academic research in "how we learn".

I know what I want when I need either training or instant help. I want to find the answer fast, I want to learn it fast, and I want it easy to understand. And that's what Mhelp does.

Mhelp offers an animation, a narration and a transcript for every video. No one has ever done this before. The right Mhelp video-clip is quick to find easy to understand, and I have to give this to Shayne, he is making them all free to everyone. OK. I'll go with that.

We have had a number of varied experiences in life ranging from Agriculture to Financial Planning. We are currently Directors of a growing organic confectionery and tourism enterprise. We are both semi retired and living in beautiful Wodonga, Australia. We have 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren and love to travel.

In 2000 Max experimented with providing a new way to deliver software help using brief video-clips instead of long and tedious training video courses. In 2005, building upon his development of Microsoft Office 2000 video-clip training available on CD ROM, Max and Wilma joined forces with Shayne Van Vlerken to create a "science-based product" with many innovative features and patents, Mhelp. in it's various forms including the Mhelp download Desktop App. and now, the free internet version which we believe will change the way people and companies get instant support and train themselves in popular productivity applications.
